Job Description

* Coordinate all quality activities related to a manufacturing process, through various audits and studies preparation in order to ensure the correct operation of methods, machines and used materias
1.Studies assembly by attributes for reference patterns (passes or does not pass).
2. Process development capacity studies (CPK's).
3. Coordination of level I audits done by process auditors.
4. Participation in Level II Audits and follow-up on compliance with them.
5. Claims elaboration and follow-up on quality defects for CKD parts.
6. PPAP's CKD components approval.
7. Shipment Audits coordination for finished product.
8. Analysis and Solution of Process Problems support.
9. Quality Complaints External parts of Quality Engineers Suppliers support.
10. Coordination of internal containment actions in case of customer failures.
11. Develop and update continuous process control plans.

Qualifications

"Education: Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics or Similar.
Experience: Minimum experience of 2 years in process engineering, 1 year as production supervisor and / or product quality engineer. Competences: Thinking / strategic actions, Orientation to market and client, Initiative, Conflict management, Ambition to be leader, Ability to motivate / encourage others, Firmness to make decisions."
