We inject sales leads into startups to help their B2B products services reach the right key markets. The result is exponential sales growth for our pilot customers leading them to become longterm partners. Upon joining our Success Team, you will be critical by enabling them to rapidly and successfully onboard, adapt, and realize business value with our lead generation platform. You will need to manage expectations on the joint work effort, understand how to maximize the value of the WinDifferrent platform, and be ready to support the startups sales journey. Youll guide followup, qualification, and sales playbooks. In the Success Manager role, you will interact daily with your assigned customers, helping them to achieve onboarding milestones in driving lead generation creation and usage. You will also jointly develop Success Plans with each customer to align their objectives to business outcomes, align expectations and ensure we have the insight to build a bestinclass marketing campaign. You can manage your own schedule and priorities to help our customers achieve their goals while working 100 remotely. What Youll Do The activities you will perform are all aligned with the purpose of helping our customers achieve their desired business outcomes through leveraging our lead generation platform. You will orchestrate the adoption and consumption of our products and services. After you have the customer on the right path, learn their products, services, target market, who their customer is today, and where they want to take the business tomorrow. That will allow you to advise internally on building a marketing campaign. As you expand our offering, you will proactively look for best practices to share and sales playbooks to enhance and maximize the value of our product offering. Heres what we are looking for Have a track record of experience in customer success, B2B sales, and business consulting, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex customer engagements Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and client stakeholders including business and up to Csuite. Experience developing and driving business cases that outline value to customers. Ability to manage multiple customer accounts, projects, and deadlines simultaneously. What we offer 100 remote work.
