Job Title: Virtual Assistant (Contract)
Location: Remote (Based in Mexico OR South Africa)

We are currently seeking a proactive and self-motivated Virtual Assistant from South Africa to assist our Marketing and Business Development teams.
Job Description:
As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing, lead generation, and business development efforts. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and project management tasks that help streamline our operations and enhance our productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to enhance our online presence and attract high-quality leads.
- Handle correspondence with clients and prospective clients, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Manage scheduling and coordination of meetings, webinars, and other events.
- Perform data entry and maintain up-to-date client databases.
- Prepare and distribute marketing materials and communications.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Support the sales team by generating leads through online research and networking.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong presentation skills and comfortable on video calls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM platforms.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Marketing or Recruiting Coordinator, or similar role.
- Available to work in a time zone that accommodates both South African and U.S. business hours.
Contract Details:
- This is a contract position with flexible hours.
- The role will be fully remote, requiring a reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
- Competitive salary based on experience.
