The AR Executive is responsible to determine the motive, categories, and validity of all Deductions.
Dispute cases are to be investigated, documented, and routed to the different approvers per category. Work
side by side with commercial finance team to advise on customer behavior or escalate relevant issues. This
needs to be done on timely manner to increase the recovery rate and fulfill the dispute lifecycle.
• Identify and investigate the reason and category type of deductions per Customer Group with different teams (Commercial Finance / Customer Care / Plants/ etc.).
• Clear cases that are related to Specific Contracts or policies.
• Validate every dispute and work together with cash app team for any incorrect payment application.
• Collect certain documentation depending on the category with the different areas and customers.
• Credit memo creation for specific plants.
• Reconciliation between payments and open deductions.
• Raise tickets if applicable on the different Customer portals for any inquiries related to short payments.
• Work side by side with the approvers and different departments to get the deductions processed on time.
• Point out deductions that are invalid so that collection department can seek for repayment.
• Escalation of Risky Amount deductions with commercial finance and sales team.
• Work side by side with collection team to achieve recovery of balances.
• Follow up per channel and Top Customers on bi-weekly calls.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Administration, or related field
• Fluent in English - Mandatory
• Advanced Excel - Desirable
• ERP Management – Desirable SAP or HR.
• Knowledge in customer portals - Desirable
