Make outbound calls to businesses and pitch AT&T’s broadband and wireless services
Identify potential clients and decision-makers within target companies
Present product information, features, and benefits to prospects effectively
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to nurture leads
Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the Sales team
Provide accurate and detailed information about AT&T’s services to prospects
Collaborate with the Sales team to coordinate follow-up actions and appointments
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout all interactions
Keep accurate records of sales activities and update client information in the CRM system
Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance selling skills
Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in B2B sales
Excellent communication and persuasion skills to effectively engage with prospects
Must be able to communicate effectively in English and Spanish
Knowledge of broadband internet and wireless services or willingness to learn about them
Can work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
Excellent time management and organizational skills, and can prioritize tasks efficiently
