How You Spend Your Eight Hours

• Make outbound calls to businesses and pitch AT&T’s broadband and wireless services

• Identify potential clients and decision-makers within target companies

• Present product information, features, and benefits to prospects effectively

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to nurture leads

• Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the Sales team

• Provide accurate and detailed information about AT&T’s services to prospects

• Collaborate with the Sales team to coordinate follow-up actions and appointments

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout all interactions

• Keep accurate records of sales activities and update client information in the CRM system

• Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance selling skills

What You Must Possess

• Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in B2B sales

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills to effectively engage with prospects

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English and Spanish

• Knowledge of broadband internet and wireless services or willingness to learn about them

• Can work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals

• Excellent time management and organizational skills, and can prioritize tasks efficiently
