Executive assistants are responsible for organizing an executive’s daily schedule and handling administrative tasks with precision. Candidates should be confident, decisive, perceptive, adaptable, and dependable to adequately support an executive. Showing initiative is also an important trait; it helps with time management.

Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements
Prepare and distribute project and dashboard reports, meeting agendas or materials, and minutes
Help identify business and data trend opportunities for potential areas of improvement
Coordinate and assist with varying line-of-business-related projects and tasks
Assist with project lifecycles, sales, schedules, communication, coordination, etc.
Manage projects and associated tasks on our platform, ensuring project needs are met
Assist, coordinate, and manage tasks as assigned in BPO, telecom, management, and other company-related environments
Fulfill additional duties as assigned (the job requirements can be vastly dynamic)
At least two years of related experience
Intrinsic motivation to perform tasks outside and within the main job description
Ability to create a great dashboard with Power BI
Experience collaboratively coordinating projects with teams
Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Great, concise, and efficient communication
Excellent emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
Ability to work with all stakeholders (employees, vendors, and clients)
Experience with Office applications (preferably SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, scheduling apps)
Confidence in communicating and following up with all levels of leadership—you will be expected to get out of your comfort zone
Readiness and willingness for in-office flexibility to accommodate executive visits (usually two to three times a year, sometimes four times, for up to two weeks at a time)
Experience in project software such as Asana, Microsoft Projects, etc. (a plus)
