Event Mkt Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a member of the Q2 Solutions Marketing team, the Event Marketing Manager has diverse responsibilities that include:

Events/Conference Management

• Bring together multidisciplinary teams around the world: manage relationships with event team, marketing team and suppliers throughout all stages of projects.
• Central point of contact for both internal functional team and external agencies/vendors
• Creation of custom marketing materials for conferences including landing pages, email marketing and social posts.
• Manage booth elements including logistics, collateral, scheduling coverage, and lead retrieval
• Coordination with service line marketers on booth design, build and content
• Lead internal communication around conferences and webinars
• Evaluate success through post-event analysis and reporting, including ROI measurement and attendee feedback analysis.

Marketing Coordination

• Developing and implementing event plans that contribute to the generation of qualified leads
• Assisting in the development of sales/customer evidence-based communications and sales enablement
• Working collaboratively with cross-organizational departments like digital strategy, lab operations, laboratory scientists, and other key stakeholders to harness all market information and insights and ensure seamless implementation of customer-specific marketing strategies
• Managing and execute promotional social outreach activities
• Providing content training to strengthen and differentiate our value proposition

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Bachelor’s degree required and at least 5 years relevant event marketing experience; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Life science experience helpful
• Strategic, self-starter, team player, results-driven professional
• Strong Microsoft Office skills particularly PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills and Fluent English speaker
• Knowledge of Cvent, Eloqua, Smartsheet and meeting platforms helpful
• The position is home-based with collaboration with a global team
