The Opportunity

Finance Planning Sr Analyst is mainly responsible of design, enhancing and maintaining financial visual and forecasting tools for a key PepsiCo global project. It will support the consolidation and reporting of the company financials across the Sectors and Centers and lead the Financial ad hoc analysis on a day-to-day basis for Global Functional Leads. This role will develop a deep understanding of a transnational transformation project, and the capability of proposing new alternatives in processes, definitions, platforms, and tools; focusing on automation and digitalization. This role is responsible to create and implement new processes to enable the execution of the Financial Management agenda.

Your Impact

As a Finance Planning Sr Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:

• Create and implement new processes to support target commitment of the company. It will require the definition of new processes, implementation of tools, and change management and communication with people from different sectors and functions.
• Lead the digitalization agenda for Global Finance, including the design and implementation of new tools for tracking Financials as well as maintenance of existing tracking tools. Keeping them up to date with the latest financial estimates.
• Ensure accurate Strategy and Annual Operating Plan output analysis to support the discussions for alignment with key stakeholders (Global Functional Leads, Sector Leads, Finance Leads, Global Transformation, PMO, etc.)
• Full ownership of Financial Tableau Dashboards & Alteryx Model, including design and regular updates, focusing on the customer needs (function, sector, hub, global team, etc), with the main focus on productivity information.
• Support in the Center Cost Forecast process, leading the consolidation of financials, and analysis of the outputs.
• Develop PowerPoint presentations or dashboards to communicate business results and insights.

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

• Finance, Economics, Engineering, Administration

Experience

• 3+ years of experiencie in Financial Planning
• Advanced Excel
• Knowledge either in Tableau or Alteryx
• Language: Spanish / English fluency is required
• Deep understanding of a P&L and its drivers
• Strategic Thinking and Planning skills

Skills

• Visually driven profile, digitalization, and automation drive
• Ability to handle high-volume, multiple priorities
• Expert analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Able to design and implement strong financial models and scenarios
• Ability to translate financials into a cohesive story and visual reports
