In this role, your responsibilities will be: Get along with end users to understand business requirements and provide system support. Develop knowledge and skills to serve as the Time & Attendance Subject Matter Expert through extensive knowledge and understanding of the system's capabilities. Support the process and lead its adoption by finding opportunities for process improvement, simplification, and standardization. Translate business requirements and uses cases to develop and deliver functional specifications, requirements documents, detailed use cases for new/changed features or functionality. Understand integration of the T&A solution with the payroll process and HR system. Deliver training or retraining for client users as needed. Work closely with business stakeholders, selected solution vendor and Digital HCM team to identify and analyze root causes of issues and provide appropriate resolutions. Build required operational process and practices. Identify and maintain lessons learned process and ensure implementation of appropriate action items to drive continual improvement. Who you are: Highly motivated professional and individual with the completion of a bachelor’s degree in a Business, IT, Human Resources or equivalent experience.
For this role, you will need: + years of hands-on experience in Time & Attendance or Time & Labor Management software. Outstanding customer service focus with a strong bias for action. Experience in HR Systems implementations and support preferred. Proven ability to work with their customers and prioritize issues based on need and vitality. Interacts with other team members and builds a positive and productive team. Intermediate level of English. Preferred qualifications that set you a part: Interpersonal and consultative skills. Analytical thinking and problem-solving. Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy. Ability to build excellent working relationships with key team members, business process owners and multi-functional teams in developing a solid grasp of their business processes and providing advice on the capabilities of new HR systems. Good communication skills and ability to articulate key messages and milestones to all levels of collaborators. Nice to have: Experience working with Workforce Management Systems, such as Kronos or eTime.
