About the position:

Join us as a Recruiter Associate to bring clean solar energy to Mexico! Work with our Recruiting team and play a critical role in achieving Bright’s goals by aligning the Recruiting team with the company's priorities. You will work closely with department leaders to identify and attract the most exceptional candidates. By leveraging your sourcing and screening expertise, you will help us achieve our goal of becoming the premier employer of choice in Mexico. Tasks

Your tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Candidate Sourcing:
  • Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks to source qualified candidates for our open positions.
  • Screening and Evaluation:
  • Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job requirements.
  • Coordinate Interviews:
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure timely communication and coordination throughout the interview process.
  • Maintain updated our database - Applicant Tracking System (ATS):
  • Manage candidate data and application records in our ATS. Update candidate statuses, notes, and feedback to ensure accurate and up-to-date information throughout the recruitment process.
  • Candidate Experience Management:
  • Provide a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Serve as a point of contact for candidates, answer questions, and provide timely updates on their application status.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor hiring practices. Conduct research and analysis to identify potential talent pools and recruitment strategies.
  • Support Employer Branding Initiatives:
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts by promoting the organization as an employer of choice. Participate in employer branding activities such as career fairs, networking events, and employer brand campaigns.
  • Stay Updated on Recruitment Trends:
  • Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in talent acquisition.

OKR1: 100% delivery of staffing requests on time (SLA).

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has >1 year of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Has a proven track record of success and/or being promoted in whatever they do.
  • Is comfortable speaking English and communicating concisely.
  • Has the following skills:
  • Communication.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with candidates and stakeholders. Build trust and a positive candidate experience.
  • Clear and concise communication related to job requirements, understanding candidate needs, and building relationships.
  • Time Management.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Great follow-up at sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews.
  • Adaptability.
  • Being adaptable and flexible in response to changes in hiring needs, market trends, and organizational goals.
  • Attention to Detail.
  • Ensure accuracy in job postings, candidate profiles, and documentation.
  • A keen eye for detail to identify qualified candidates and mitigate potential risks in the hiring process.
  • Recruitment Tools and Technology.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and recruitment software for sourcing candidates, managing applications, and tracking recruitment metrics.
  • Data Analysis.
  • Analyzing recruitment data and metrics to evaluate recruitment strategies' effectiveness, identifying improvement areas, and making data-driven decisions to optimize the hiring process.
  • Talent Sourcing.
  • Proficiency in sourcing techniques such as Boolean searches, social media recruiting, and talent mapping.
