Last Mile Operations Manager

- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- A completed Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years Amazon experience.
- 2+ years of Direct management experience for employees and their performance.
- 2+ years of experience with performance metrics and process improvement (why-why, data analysis tools).
- Flexible to work weekends and/or overnight shifts if needed. Availability to work 50% of the time on a night shift.
- English Intermediate-advanced (B2+)

Amazon is seeking an Operations Manager in Last Mile Execution, with four key areas that you’ll always focus on are the safety, quality, customer experience, and productivity of your Operation. This role requires working with multiple business and technical teams across the company to manage successful On The Road (OTR) performance, driving continuous improvement and enhancing carrier performance. The candidate must be effective in influencing leadership across customer service operations, technology teams, multiple support teams, multiple carrier partners and senior leadership. Key job responsibilities
You will be part of the Amazon Logistics Team, responsible of the day to day management of the Last Mile Operation, Debrief Operations & Dispatch Operations; overseeing the On the Road (OTR) operation that focuses on the delivery of Amazon orders direct to customers.
Supporting a team of Delivery Service Providers in daily management of the last mile operation, including meetings, training sessions, assigning job duties, data analysis, metrics reviews and communicating with DSPs including management representatives and their drivers. We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Cancún, MEX

- Bachelor degree in industrial engineering, logistics, supply chain or related
- Fluent English proficiency
