The primary
responsibilities of this position are timely and accurate processing of the company’s
project orders. Processing includes receipt, review, and data entry of the
project orders into Oracle. This position also processes project closeouts and
record retention into shared folders under several applications. This position
will interface with multiple internal customers. Key
Responsibilities:

• Enter project orders into Oracle
• Responsible for the project closing process
• Add customer and project information into Intelligrated Dashboard
• Processes the company’s RD projects
• Review and validate submitted order entry packages to requirements
• Interfaces with multiple internal customers for project upkeep
• Maintains booking report entry and validate to Tableau
• May be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Associate degree in finance, business or related
• Oral and written English proficiency at all levels
• At least 1 year of experience in finance
• Oracle experience is a plus
