Position: Luxury Travel Consultant - The Honeymoon Boutique

The Honeymoon Boutique is seeking a dynamic and experienced Luxury Travel Consultant to join our elite team. Our company specializes in creating unforgettable and luxurious travel experiences for honeymooners and couples celebrating their love. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, exceptional customer service skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and design customized, high-end travel experiences for honeymooners and couples in line with their preferences and budget

- Research and recommend exclusive and unique destinations, accommodations, activities, and services to create unforgettable travel itineraries

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process

- Attend industry events and seminars to stay up-to-date with the latest luxury travel trends and offerings

- Build and maintain relationships with luxury hotels, resorts, and other suppliers to negotiate exclusive deals and upgrades for clients

- Manage all aspects of travel arrangements, including flights, transfers, accommodations, activities, and special requests

- Ensure all bookings and transactions are accurate and handled efficiently

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth execution of trips and resolve any issues that may arise during travel

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Luxury Travel Consultant in a high-end travel agency or tour operator

- Proven track record of creating bespoke, luxury travel experiences for clients

- Outstanding communication and customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and suppliers

- In-depth knowledge of top luxury destinations, accommodations, activities, and services

- Proficient in using booking systems and travel software

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs

- Passion for travel and staying up-to-date with the latest luxury travel trends and destinations

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred
