YOUR TASKS

  • Execution of specific office or secretarial administration tasks, some of which are cross-departmental

  • Supporting the head of the organizational unit in work tasks

  • Preparation and accounting of trips according to given guidelines

  • Ordering and managing office supplies

  • Accepting and answering incoming inquiries, some of them from cross-departmental tasks
  • Performing cross-area analyses, creating reports, messages and statistics, some of which are cross-departmental

  • Creation of letters as well as internal messages taking into account existing business transactions

  • Checking business transactions for completeness and correctness, reconciling with internal documents, clarifying differences and related issues

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • English proficiency - Intermediate / High
  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineer (preferred) or similar.
