This Is How You WOW :

Ensure the implementation of the marketing strategy in the country.

Guarantee the correct efficiency of the resources in marketing locally (budget and media plans).

Develop the Brand Awareness for Brazil.

Development of the Branding in the different sales channels.

Ensure the correct implementation of the image and Brand design.

Plan the key projects of market analysis (brand awareness, Marketing KPIs, etc).

Foster develops the campaigns local in coordination with the sales local teams.

Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.

Monitor the social media-communication channels in the country for quality, branding and continues improvement.

Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.

Develop the local team to be more aligned and better marketing professionals.

Sharing best practises with global, region for all the marketing activities.

Other responsibilities connected to the role.

It would be WOW if you would bring this in :

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Knowledge in Digital Marketing it is highly valuable.

Social media – community manager experience it is highly valuable.

Fluent Spanish and English are mandatory.

Experience required:

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marketing management position with strong analytical and project management skills.

Confident and dynamic personality with focus on collaboration.

Experience in multinational company and environment with a strong International Mindset.

Strong in managing network structures.

Excellent communication skills in English in negotiation level skills.

Customer-centred and excellent collaboration skills.

Mastery in Change Management and innovation.

Hands on and focus on Results and Business profitability.

Budget-management skills and proficiency.
