About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Partnerships Manager to support the Installation Partner Manager within Motive's Professional Services Organization. This role is designed for someone who is eager to learn, organized, and capable of handling various administrative and support tasks to assist in the efficient management of our installation partner network. The Partnerships Manager will play a critical role in completing tasks related to sourcing, partner discovery calls, data analysis, and general administrative duties.
What You'll Do:
- Partner Sourcing and Discovery: Assist in identifying potential installation partners through research and networking. Schedule and participate in discovery calls with prospective partners, documenting key takeaways and next steps. Maintain a database of potential and existing partners with up-to-date contact information and status.
- Partner Relationship Management: Assist the Install Partner Manager in managing relationships with installation partners and tablet providers, ensuring they align with Motive's values, quality, and service standards. Act as an escalation point for partners, addressing operational challenges, engaging stakeholders, and facilitating effective communication.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze partners' performance, providing regular feedback and working with them to address any issues and improve performance. Maintain accurate records of partner performance, installation activities, and customer feedback. Prepare reports for the Install Partner Manager and other stakeholders.
- Administrative Support: Scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items. Organize and maintain digital files and documentation related to partner management and installations.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist in collecting and analyzing data related to partner performance, customer feedback, and installation metrics. Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide insights for process improvements. Support the review and evaluation of partner processes and procedures.
- Communication and Coordination: Act as a liaison between the Installation Partner Manager and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and follow-through on projects. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather information and support the execution of installation projects. Assist in preparing presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Training and Development: Assist in developing and delivering training programs for installation partners to ensure they are up-to-date with Motive's products, procedures, and best practices.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in managing and supporting third-party partners, preferably in the telematics or fleet management industry.
- Knowledge of hardware installation and vehicle wiring is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate partner performance and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish (bilingual is a must)
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and handling customer escalations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in generating reports for the Install Partner Manager and other stakeholders is required.
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships.
- This position may require occasional travel to meet with partners and oversee installations.
- Location: Must be in/near the Mexico City Metropolitan area
