What awaits you:

• Collaborate with suppliers to enable and develop their capabilities in industrialization and problem-solving for series production.
• Partner with suppliers to define and agree upon critical quality characteristics and reliability indicators to guarantee adherence to our quality standards.
• Facilitate smooth integration between the launch team and quality management teams at BMW plants worldwide for operational activities.
• Oversee pre-series production, attainment of production goals, and ensure a smooth ramp-up curve for series production.
• Implement and monitor measures to stabilize quality levels of series products.
• Document and integrate decisions, actions, and agreements made with suppliers regarding production quality. 

What you should bring along?

• Bachelor´s degree in Electrical/Electronic or Industrial Engineering.
• 7+ years of professional quality process/components experience in an automotive manufacturing environment.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the related part technology and/or process for Powertrain & Electronics systems/components (e.g., Surface Mount Technology, Automatic Optical Inspections, Wave/Selective/Reflow Soldering, In-Circuit Test, Conformal Coating, Run/Burn-In, End-of-Line test, Software Flashing, assembly processes, and Integrate Brake System Aplications, etc.).
• Excellent knowledge in Quality, Supplier Quality and Project Management.
• Working experience in automotive industry and multicultural environment.
• Fluency in English and [desired additional language, e.g., German].
