Working for the Naturex Sales team, reporting to the Mexico Sales Manager, you'll manage, lead and strategically plan key accounts, maintaining long-term relationships, influence and maximize sales opportunities ensuring the achievement of Givaudan F&NI sales team goals.

In this exciting opportunity, you'll:

  • Provide personalized attention to assigned customers by detecting specific needs of customers and creating solutions according to what is required.
  • Develop an understanding of assigned clients' potential through analysis of brand strategies, positioning, strengths and weaknesses and competition.
  • Ensure that Givaudan is well positioned to participate in target projects for clients with Core Lists.
  • Maintain an efficient level of service. Listen, Analyze and Project potential business based on customer needs. Manage profitability by product/client ensuring the achievement of Givaudan profitability policies. Coordinate and communicate with the areas related to pre and post sales service (project management, forecasts, deliveries, collections, presentations, etc.).
  • Integrate (Schedule) visits to main customer departments, ensuring interdepartmental communication (Purchasing, Research and Development, Quality Control and Marketing) of assigned customers.
  • Proactively detect and generate a broad base of new business opportunities with potential customers.
  • Champion current business with main customers in strategic markets.
  • Define business plans and growth strategies for assigned accounts.

You?

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Health Sciences, and related.
  • 4+ minimum years of experience working on a similar role within the Food, Beverages, Chemicals, and Nutraceuticals industries.
  • Advanced levels of English, both written and spoken.
