As a Salesforce Administrator, we are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team. This position will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our Salesforce deployment and ensuring that our users enjoy using the platform. Although prior knowledge with Salesforce is appreciated, it is not needed, since the cloud administrator and the hiring manager are enrolled in a Salesforce certification course and will be ready to provide help and advice.

Salesforce Administrator Job Title

Location: Remote 100%

Type of Employment: FT International consultant

• Support and maintain our Salesforce implementation.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting help to end users; aid in improving processes and optimizing the platform to meet our organization's requirements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data-related problems.
• Perform quality control procedures to guarantee data accuracy and completeness.
• Keep up-to-date with Salesforce administration best practices and technologies

Qualifications:

• Superior technical acumen and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Prior expertise with Salesforce and the ability to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic setting are necessary (preferred, but not required)
• A high school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
