Main responsibilities are:

Responsible for inbound shipment administration to guarantee the availability of goods at the Plant, from the coordination of collections with commercial suppliers, customs clearance until the arrival at the Plant.

Organizing and maintaining communication with commercial, logistics suppliers, Central Areas such as Foreign Trade, SCM, Purchasing and internal customers ensuring the satisfaction of their needs. Responsible for managing the necessary documentation for shipment according to the procedures and standards established by Vitesco and Government Authorities.

Profile

· Education: Bachelors degree, preferable related to the function, Administration, International Trade, Foreign Trade.

· Years of experience in the position: not required.

· Years of experience in automotive industry: not required.

· Required Knowledge: not indispensable , Supply Chain, transportation, Customs.

· International Experience: not required.

· English Level: Fluent business.

· Soft Skills: Work under pressure, coordination with others, discipline, urgency sense
