Description
- Oversee and configure Workday systems, focusing on HCM, Time Tracking, and Performance Management modules.
- Support HR tools and systems, including additional Workday modules and ServiceNow HRSD.
- Collaborate with HR Technology partners to troubleshoot and escalate issues.
- Gather customer requirements to automate processes and reports, especially for Time Tracking and Performance Management.
- Enhance quality, compliance, and process improvements.
- Contribute to team development, communication, and implementation of best practices.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (preferred)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in supporting HR technology environments
- 2 to 4 years of experience with Workday
- 1 year of experience in Workday Performance Management
