Descripción del trabajo - Senior HR Technology Analyst/HRIS

Oversee and configure Workday systems, focusing on HCM, Time Tracking, and Performance Management modules.
Support HR tools and systems, including additional Workday modules and ServiceNow HRSD.
Collaborate with HR Technology partners to troubleshoot and escalate issues.
Gather customer requirements to automate processes and reports, especially for Time Tracking and Performance Management.
Enhance quality, compliance, and process improvements.
Contribute to team development, communication, and implementation of best practices.

Administer Workday systems, processes and databases.|Configuration of the following Workday modules
