Implements service strategy and drives service growth at the respective unit level. Leads the Service organization and is responsible for the P&L to achieve performance targets and to optimize the utilization of Service resources.

Your responsibilities

  • Creates and drives implementation of service strategy as a member of the management team.
  • Ensures that strategic plans are implemented consistently in the service organization through collaboration with other businesses.
  • Executes service and sales channel strategy within their own area of responsibility.
  • Implements productized service offerings and materials for marketing purposes and invests in service sales to increase market penetration.
  • Drives consistent development of processes and practices based on customer feedback (Net Promoter Score - NPS).
  • Ensures customer focus, understanding of sense of urgency and care in their own area of responsibility.
  • Drives, implements, reports, and monitors performance targets as part of the respective unit P&L (financial, productivity, investments, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, etc.).
  • Runs the day-to-day service business to ensure profitable growth and improvement of service productivity.
  • Implements agreed delivery and performance standards to ensure consistency in quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Invests in improving the quality of existing service products and in developing new service products to expand the portfolio in line with global direction.
  • Drives continuous improvement culture and the implementation of improvements to achieve service excellence and increase profitability in their own area of responsibility.

Your background

  • Bachelor´s Degree in Electric o Mechanical Engineer, Industrial or automation Engineer, Business Management.
  • +8 years of experience working in Mexican and CA&C Electrical Systems industry.
  • Manufacturing Knowledge.
  • Experience in Large projects (3M USD or higher).
  • Industry Segment knowledge (Minning, Oil & Gas Utilities, Food & Beverage, Water & Wastewater, Building/Infrastructure).
  • Proven Leadership experience.
  • Contract Management, Install Base Management, Project and Cost Management.
  • Customer Service and Digital Service (SAAS).
  • Availability to travel (40% national and international).
  • Advanced level of English.
