SP Business Finance Analyst

Key responsibilities included:

· Conduct month end consolidation and submission of country P&L in corporate tools

· Full reconciliation and data quality consistency between Performance Management (Official Results) and G5 (Secure Power BI), including gap troubleshoot, identify root cause, corrective action implementation etc.

· Act as admin support and super key user for G5 tool (support layer 2)

· Active participation as global key user for DFL and Horizon (Finance Transformation) deployment for Secure Power Division

· Be SPOC/ Key User for corporate PRIOR (prior year restatement) process and internal PRIOR process in Oracle/G5

· Partnership with Business Finance Competence Center in Philippines.

· Collaborate and build relationships with Corporate, Ops, Digital Innovation and Technology

· Tableau deployment

Qualifications / Key Success Factors:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
• Strong financial/analytical skills with business acumen
• Advanced PC skills (emphasis on MS Excel)
• Knowledge of Oracle/ Hyperion/ Essbase highly preferred
• SQL knowledge is a plus
• Ability to adapt to new systems and applications quickly. Possess superior Excel skills including charting and ability to manipulate large volumes of data resulting from various sources into meaningful and dependable managerial information
• Effectively communicates with and engages all levels of the organization, verbally and in writing, with the ability to build effective partnerships across teams globally
• Sense of prioritization, proactive, self-motivated; resistant to high pressure environment
• Attention to details with strong analytical skills highly encouraged
