RESPONSABILITIES:
• Align scope and implement standardized process flow for Systems Engineering @ Kautex based on feedback from Engineering Management and cross-functional stakeholders;
• Establish and update standardized templates (projects, documents, work items, ...)
• Configure roles & responsibilities and its associated tasks in Polarion and Stages;
• Fill internal knowledge hub with best practices and video tutorials how to run Systems Engineering and development activities according to the V-model methodology;
• Test and validate new or modified system functionalities in Polarion & Stages;
• Provide end user support and coaching for Polarion & Stages;
• Act as Polarion and Stages business partner and consultant to functional departments and process owner;
• Support and execute project specific configuration in Polarion & Stages;
• Perform data administration and cleansing in Polarion & Stages;
• Collaborate with the Engineering specialists for Digital Transformation to ensure consistent and reliable data management for Systems and Software development processes.
• Technical University degree (Automotive System Design, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or similar);
• 3+ years professional work experience within the automotive industry, preferably in Systems Engineering, Requirements Management, Hard- or Software Development;
• hands-on experience with relevant industry standards such as A-SPICE, FuSa, etc.;
• Profound knowledge on Siemens Polarion and/or Method Park Stages or similar Systems Engineering / ALM software tools;
• Experience in working in multinational and cross-functional teams;
• Structured, team and solution oriented working method;
• Fluent communication skills in English.
