The Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our Innovation & Technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public relations, specifically in the innovation and technology sector. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and executing strategic communication plans, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will work closely with senior team members to develop creative campaigns that drive awareness and establish our clients as leaders in their industry. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and execute strategic communication plans for one of the most important clients in the innovation and technology sector.

- Build and cultivate strong relationships with clients, media, influencers, and other key stakeholders.

- Develop and pitch media stories and secure media coverage for clients.

- Monitor and analyze media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated communication campaigns.

- Monitor project budgets and ensure timely delivery of work.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in public relations, preferably in the innovation and technology sector.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.

- Proven experience in managing client accounts and building client relationships.

- Deep understanding of the innovation and technology landscape, including key stakeholders and media contacts.

- Excellent organizational and project management skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field.
