Sr. Brand Specialist, Video Games

Amazon Mexico team is looking for a customer obsessed, data driven, hands-on, and creative candidate to join our team as a Sr. Brand Specialist in Video Games category. The brand specialist is responsible of leading the relationship with Retail Vendors to drive business growth and deliver a best-in-class customer experience on amazon.com.mx. Is responsible for setting strategy with vendor on how to drive sales growth while improving sales margin, manage the vendor’s online product portfolio, contribute to customer experience projects and review your business's weekly and monthly performance. Will lead presentations and planning sessions with vendors' C-suite and act as Amazon's main point of contact in the relationship. Key job responsibilities
This Sr. Brand Specialist will engage directly with multiple internal teams to optimize the product line for key vendors on Amazon.com.mx. Brand Specialists will use a wide range of skills and work across major functional areas such as site merchandising, buying, inventory management, finance, operations and online marketing, to drive the performance of strategic vendor partners at Amazon. Brand Specialists will conceive, create, and analyze a wide range of marketing and site merchandising efforts, to include marketing campaigns, SEO efforts, social media and other channels, to grow categories' traffic, awareness, customer conversion, and revenue on Amazon. This role will autonomously negotiate promotional opportunities for vendors and create comprehensive marketing proposals. Strong writing skills are key, as Brand Managers will schedule, produce, update and manage content on Amazon's product detail and category pages, to ensure a high quality customer experience.
In addition to site merchandising and marketing, this role is responsible for inventory management, forecast generation, new product launches, and conducting detailed analysis to identify opportunities to drive the vendor’s business. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience
- 2+ years of doing one of several roles: quantitative/financial analysis, retail buying, retail planning & allocation, product/project management, pricing, marketing or e-commerce experience
- Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration
- Bachelor's degree or certificate of completion of studies required
- Fluent in both, English and Spanish

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of doing one of several roles: management consulting, investment banking analyst/associate, or brand manager role at leading consumer packaged goods company experience
- Experience in financial analysis, retail buying, retail planning & allocation, product/project management, marketing, business development, consulting, negotiation or supply chain
- Experience as a market research analyst, product manager, or equivalent
