What you’ll be doing

• Building financial products end-to-end by defining clear business requirements to engineering teams
• Being in charge of overall product strategy, pricing, and P&L delivery
• Staying on top of new regulations, which may affect our product offering
• Exploring and defining which projects your team should prioritise, and setting a timeline to reach goals quickly
• Searching for new features to provide a seamless customer experience

What you'll need

• At least a 2:1 degree from a top university
• Experience in banking, technology, or operations/financial consulting
• 8+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on coding experience with SQL and Python
• Fluency in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills
• A solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end
• A magic skill to break complex problems into smaller ones and to enjoy working with data
• To be based in Mexico City
