Descripción del trabajo - Talent Acquisition Specialist (24 Months)
Provides recruiting services for the Juarez Campus as part of Global Recruitment, being a strategic partner of human resources and managers to achieve the recruiting goals for a select group of positions. His/her main responsibilities are the search of candidates, filtered of candidates and interviews with them.
Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:
Manages the recruiting services for J&J as part of the team serving a specific group or clients.
Coordinates with the managers and HRBP to perform the process of recruiting from start to end.
Collaborates in creating recruiting plans, creates and performs strategies in order to fill positions within the Juarez Campus.
Assists the managers or teams with interviewing candidates.
Identifies and shares the best recruiting practices in all the business.
Is up to date in regards of the knowledge of the business, market, legal, recruiting trends and requirements.
Initiates and maintains a business contacts portfolio / agencies to help identify the qualified candidates to recruit.
Creates and maintains strong, effective alliances with universities, managers, candidates and business leaders.
Interviews and evaluates candidates in factors related to employment, such as experience, education, training, knowledge, skills, cultural considerations and other data regarding the classification and selection of a great variety of positions.
Consolidates interviewers team feedback and reaches a final evaluation and a selection process.
Consults with Managers or HRBP in regard to the recommendations of initial salary, as well as the package of offers that could include, but it is not limited to: enrollment bonus, relocation, vacations, stock options, annual bonus, etc.
Negotiations offers with candidates. Provides the offer recommendation package to the manager.
Revises the references and conducts the process of delivery of documentation according to the process and procedure of recruitment.
Experience & Education:
Completed professional schooling
1 to 2 years of experience
80% English preferably
Knowledge of interview based on competences is desirable.
Knowledge of Taleo or candidate management system is desirable.
Demonstrated capacity as recruiter in a variety of positions through several functional disciplines.
Excellent interpersonal communication, service oriented, relationship skills, negotiation, and influence on others, besides the account management and consulting skills.
Ability to apply judgment before ambiguous situations.
Attention to detail and the ability to properly manage confidential information.
Ability to manage simultaneous projects, organized.
