Become part of our highly motivated team at the San Luis Potosi site and participate in the further expansion of internal plant engineering at our international locations. Work with us to build production systems for car body construction, electric drives (high-voltage storage and electric motor) and other technologies.

What awaits you?

• Develop and maintain clear and transparent project milestones, including defined responsibilities and deadlines.
• Monitor progress towards milestones, generate regular reports, and escalate any potential risks to Energy Module management.
• Support all project phases through activities like building dashboards and facilitating workshops.
• Manage and track the Open Issues List for various project clusters and areas.
• Collaborate with the Controlling department to ensure headcount planning aligns with approved project targets.
• Develop and manage headcount plans for the Energy Module organization.
• Partner with the Qualification team to maintain alignment with project qualification plans.
• Facilitate smooth collaboration between various project stakeholders.
• Assist in developing budget plans for Energy Module projects.

What you should bring along?

• Bachelor Degree in Industrial engineering or related field of study.
• 5+ years of experience in Assembly, Paint Shop or Body Shop or similar positions in Automotive Industry.
• 3+ years of experience in project management.
• Fluent business English.
