The Role:
In the newly formed role supporting LATAM region and Travel retail, you will manage visual merchandising across all activities planned on our distribution calendar including product launches, new store openings and animations/activations in region. From initial creative concept to implementation, collaborating with key stakeholders of Travel Retail and regional/global teams of Charlotte Tilbury.
Key outcomes include designing exceptional Charlotte Tilbury customer experiences through NPD updates and animation pop-up, within budget, on schedule and meeting operational requirements specific to the retailers in region.
Role Accountabilities:
· Work closely with regional/global teams to implement the Global creative Charlotte Tilbury strategy across LATAM
· Listen to and develop a deep understanding of local consumers and generate new insights to inspire the beauty industry
· Attend regular meetings with wider teams to ensure a collaborative working relationship with cross function teams
· Create presentations/concepts/ design proposals
· Raise PO’s, receive and keep track of invoices, control expenditure of any orders placed for each individual project. Update and manage the regional budget
Manage databases and distribution lists for campaign launches
Requirements
· Experience : Minimum of 5 years of related visual experience wholesale and retail, beauty industry a plus
· Education : Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in design
· Project Management : Proven ability to prioritize projects and meet strict deadlines.
· Software Proficiency : Adobe Creative Cloud Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Rhino/3D programs would be a plus. proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
· Project Planning and Management : Excellent project planning and time management skills, with a proactive and adaptable approach.
· Design : Creative mind with an eye for detail, who can deliver commercially, accurately and effectively. Produces high quality work and a resourceful problem solver.
· Balancing Priorities : Ability to balance design with operational needs and budget objectives to create exceptional instore environments and customer experiences.
· Team Collaboration : Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
· Language Skills : Spanish speaking skills are preferred.
· Communication : Skilled in visually, verbally, and in writing communicating design issues.
