We are seeking a Sales Director who spearhead and drive our company revenue growth, designing and implementing a strategic plan that increases the company's client portfolio and ensures a strong market presence, focusing on product differentiation and reinforcing the image of Maroma A Belmond Hotel and Casa de Sierra Nevada A Belmond Hotel as unique ultra-luxury boutique hotels in their genre in the region; using for this purpose all available communication channels both internally (within the hotel) and externally through e-marketing, engaging with our main business partners (press, direct clients, and retail travel agencies).
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Sales, or equivalent.
5 years of prior experience in the position with a proven track record.
Deep knowledge in managing the luxury hotel market segment.
Fluency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
Proficient knowledge of Google Suites, E-commerce, E-marketing, Social media.
Experience in negotiating proposals, agreements, and contracts.
Availability to travel nationally and internationally when necessary.
Fast thinker and creative with exceptional attention to detail.
Organizational and leadership skills.
Eligible to work in Mexico.
