SDM is responsible to understand internal & external priorities and needs to develop business solutions. Designs actionable strategies and tactics to drive sales, market share and categories growth. Must synthesize data from multiple sources, share knowledge of the environment to build concise, compelling and customer/consumer centric selling stories. Spend time to understand the market dynamics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree / Engineering completed

  • 3 years commercial experience as Shopper Development Manager, KAM or Channel Specialist.

  • Advanced English

  • Strong financial experience→ Efficient P&L Management

  • Strong analytics and strategic thinking for decision-making

  • Strong negotiation experience

  • Availability to travel

  • Teamwork, Influence and Negotiation

  • Leadership & Personal Management
