Mexico City-based fintech/edtech startup is looking a Head of Sales, who will lead the company's sales efforts and be responsible for designing and executing effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Source, qualify, pitch and sign new customers to achieve quarterly goals.
- Lead, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments, such as Product, Operations, and Tech, to align efforts with company goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract signature.
- Develop and optimize processes, tools, and workflows to enhance effectiveness.
- Participate in the design of the compensation plan of our sales team.
