As we expand our direct-to-consumer offering in the Netherlands, we are looking for a motivated and customer‑focused Sales Representative (B2C) to join our Benelux team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of helping homeowners adopt advanced residential energy solutions—ranging from solar PV and home batteries to EV‑related technologies. You will convert inbound leads into concrete sales, ensuring a seamless and high‑quality customer experience from first contact to handover. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy consultative selling, and want to contribute to a more sustainable future, this role is for you.Your Responsibilities:Rapidly follow up on inbound homeowner leads (same day / within 24 hours).Qualify leads and identify customer needs through consultative conversations.Conduct advisory and sales calls via phone and online channels.Convert qualified leads into signed deals or intent declarations.Apply upsell and cross‑sell strategies (battery, solar, EV‑related solutions).Manage and maintain your sales pipeline in the CRM system.Coordinate with installers and partners to ensure smooth execution and handover.Safeguard speed, accuracy, and quality throughout the sales process.Identify commercial opportunities and areas for improvement.Actively contribute to optimizing campaigns, offers, and the overall sales approach.
