Taste Before You Waste is an initiative focused on food waste at consumer level. We use the rejected goodies that we pick up from local grocery shops and farms as inspiration and fuel for all our consciousness-building activities. From Free Food Markets, Community Dinners, Educational Workshops, Event Caterings and Presentations, we want to make people feel, taste and see how delicious society’s waste can actually be.
