IDEAL CANDIDATE
Committed to excellence you will be able to handle multiple deadlines, display excellent interpersonal skills and be a team player. And naturally, you will remain calm when time is of the essence and the pressure is on!
Ideally you will have a minimum of 1 year experience within an agency environment and on joining our passionate team you will assist on a number of accounts with a view to progressing and developing your own client base. You will be given every opportunity to grow and develop your career within an Agency which dreams big.
Key Skills:
THE ROLE
Event Planning: You will work with the team to facilitate the end-to-end planning of diverse events—from conferences to brand activations—by creating detailed timelines, managing task lists, and tracking budgets and invoices.
Logistics & Suppliers: Your role involves coordinating all event logistics by sourcing and comparing supplier quotes, managing third-party deliverables, and ensuring all deadlines are met across venues, production, and catering.
On-Site Execution: During live events, you will oversee setup and breakdown, act as the central point of contact for the team and suppliers, and provide calm, efficient troubleshooting to ensure the show runs smoothly.
Role is based out of Amsterdam.

We added ISO 14001 in 2023 and we proudly became B Corp certified across all three of our offices in 2024.
