Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and continuously enhance core platform services that enable and accelerate delivery teams across the organization.
- Develop scalable backend services and automation tooling using TypeScript and Node.js (NestJS).
- Design and implement GitOps\-driven environment provisioning leveraging CI/CD pipelines, ArgoCD, Helm, and Kubernetes.
- Operate, scale, and evolve an AWS\- and EKS\-based cloud platform using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Integrate platform capabilities with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Netcracker, Storyblok, and internal APIs.
- Establish and enforce secure\-by\-default platform patterns, including identity, secrets management, networking, and compliance controls.
- Contribute to architectural decisions for distributed systems, cloud\-native services, and container orchestration platforms.
- Improve platform reliability through monitoring, observability, automation, and continuous improvement practices.
- Collaborate closely with platform, cloud, SRE, and security teams within an Agile/Scrum delivery model.
Required Skills & Technologies
Programming & Automation
- TypeScript (required)
- Node.js and NestJS for service development and platform APIs

- Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Required Experience
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong backend engineering experience with Node.js and NestJS
- Proven experience building and operating Kubernetes\-based platforms (EKS preferred)
- Hands\-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and GitOps ecosystems
- Operating and scaling workloads on AWS
- Experience working with enterprise\-grade systems or large organizations
- Strong background in CI/CD, automation, and DevOps best practices
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
- Solid understanding of algorithms, distributed systems, and system design
