Requirements
8â12 years of overall IT experience, including 4â6 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst within the Financial Services domain.
Hands\-on experience with nCino and Salesforce platforms.
Strong understanding of the end\-to\-end lending lifecycle (retail and commercial) and related banking products.
Proven ability to work effectively in an Agile development environment.
Excellent problem\-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Translate banking business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and process flows for the nCino Salesforce platform.
Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for nCino implementations, including Loan Origination, Underwriting, and Servicing, using workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping.
Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams (developers, QA, and architects).
Create detailed test cases, support QA activities, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and enhancements.
Support training, documentation, and change management activities to drive user adoption of the nCino platform.
Identify and recommend opportunities to optimize lending workflows, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer and user experience.
