Your Role: CRO / Commercial Lead

As CRO / Commercial Lead, you are responsible for owning and building Syntho’s entire commercial function.

You will bring structure, urgency, and execution power—turning strategy into a scalable, high-performing sales organization.

You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and you know how to turn commercial expertise into daily practice across the team.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities

Build & Scale the Revenue Engine

  • Design and implement a repeatable, scalable sales organization

  • Define the commercial strategy across outbound, inbound, and partnerships

  • Build and optimize the full funnel: from lead generation to closing

Drive Sales Culture & Urgency

  • Instill a high-performance, sales-driven mindset across the company

  • Create urgency, focus, and accountability in commercial execution

  • Set clear targets, KPIs, and performance rhythms

From Expertise to Execution                                                                                                                              

  • Bring proven commercial expertise and translate it into practical processes

  • Implement playbooks, cadences, and best practices

  • Ensure consistent execution across the team

Lead & Grow the Team

  • Hire, coach, and develop SDRs, AEs, and future sales leaders

  • Act as a hands-on leader—leading by example in deals and outreach

  • Build a culture of ownership, learning, and results

Own Revenue Growth

  • Take full ownership of pipeline, conversion, and revenue targets

  • Identify growth opportunities within our ICP and use cases

  • Work closely with founders on strategy, positioning, and pricing

Your Profile

Commercial Leadership

  • Proven experience in building and scaling B2B sales organizations

  • Background as CRO, Head of Sales, or Commercial Lead in a SaaS or tech environment

  • Strong track record in driving revenue growth and pipeline development

Builder Mentality

  • You don’t optimize—you build from the ground up

  • Experience creating structure where little exists

  • Able to move fast while building for scale

Hands-on execution Power

  • Highly hands-on and results-driven

  • Able to translate strategy into daily, repeatable execution

  • Strong in setting up processes, tooling, and performance tracking

Sales Mindset & Energy

  • You bring urgency, energy, and focus

  • You naturally drive performance and accountability

  • You know how to create momentum and push deals forward

Domain Affinity

  • Experience with complex B2B solutions (data, AI, SaaS)

  • Strong ability to understand technical products and translate value

  • Customer-first mindset with a focus on solving real problems
