Requirements
10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
Proven experience working with cloud\-based identity services and provisioning systems.
The Cloud Identity Service Engineer is responsible for managing, configuring, and administering cloud\-based identity services, including SAP Cloud Identity Services and Identity Authentication Service (IAS).
The role focuses on ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient identity and access management across the organization through effective configuration, monitoring, and support of identity platforms.
Gain familiarity with supported provisioning systems and connectors used in Identity Provisioning.
Onboard, modify, and offboard applications, including metadata exchange, application setup, and identification of required authentication attributes.
Configure and administer SAP Cloud Identity Services and IAS.
Perform administrative activities such as managing MFA devices, configuring roles, and maintaining email templates, branding, and styles.
Apply SAP Cloud Identity security features to support organizational security policies.
Monitor and audit application changes and identify suspicious account activity to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
Leverage monitoring and reporting capabilities to review audit logs, job logs, usage statistics, and system health.
Ensure adherence to security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Provide operational support for SAP Cloud Identity Services, including issue diagnosis and resolution.
Assist with service setup, configuration, and resolution of technical issues.
Support integration of identity services with enterprise systems to enable seamless authentication and authorization.
Contribute to planning future enhancements, upgrades, and improvements to the identity services landscape.
Hands\-on experience with SAP Cloud Identity Services and Identity Authentication Service (IAS).
Strong understanding of identity and security protocols such as SAML 2.0.
Familiarity with identity monitoring, logging, and reporting tools.
Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks efficiently.
