[Contractor] Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Please note this is a 6-month contract facilitated via our staffing partner, with the potential for extension.

OUR TA TEAM

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join us onsite in Amsterdam. You’ll be part of a team that includes two Talent Acquisition Partners and a Talent Acquisition Manager, and you’ll report directly to our Recruitment Operations Specialist. Together, you'll help ensure a smooth and positive experience for every candidate and hiring manager. You’ll also work closely and collaborate regularly with our wider Talent Acquisition team across PSS in EMEA. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a TA Coordinator at Guerrilla we will look to you to: 

• Lead interview coordination (virtual and onsite), managing scheduling, travel, and on-site processes to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.


• Maintain and champion data integrity in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Greenhouse, including requisition management and process optimization.


• Manage candidate communication via email, ensuring prompt and clear responses.


• Coordinate internal communications with recruiters and hiring managers through Slack, Teams, and email.


• Manage candidate travel arrangements, supporting international candidates and ensuring a seamless experience.


• Drive process improvements in the recruitment journey, enhancing efficiency and candidate experience.


• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers, offering expert guidance on best practices in Talent Acquisition.


• Support Talent Acquisition projects such as Guerrilla’s internship program

WHO YOU ARE

We'd love to hear from you if you:

• Have at least 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition Coordination, HR Coordination, or a related field.


• Excel in planning, coordination, and clear communication.


• Thrive in a creative, international environment.


• Are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.


• Are passionate about creating a positive, engaging candidate experience.


• Are open-minded and adaptable, comfortable working with diverse perspectives and teams.


• Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred) is a strong plus

Position Details:

• Contract Duration: 6 months


• Schedule: 40 hours per week in studio


• Eligibility: Must be based and have the right to work in the Netherlands.
