About the role


We are looking for a senior, freelance / ad interim Customer Success Consultant to temporarily replace a team member during maternity leave.


This is a hands-on, end-to-end Customer Success role. You will take ownership of a substantial book of business and are expected to operate independently from day one. There is no ramp-up role or trainee track, we need someone who can step in and run.


You will manage approximately 125 customers and be in regular contact with them both online and offline. You are responsible for the customer relationship from post-implementation through renewal and expansion.


This role runs from April to December. We are fast growing, but at this stage, there is no guarantee or assumption of a permanent position afterwards.


   


What you will be doing:



  • Own and manage a large portfolio of customers ranging from Medium to Large enterprises

  • Drive customer value, adoption, and engagement after implementation

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the lifecycle

  • Proactively manage renewals and identify expansion opportunities

  • Spot renewal risk early and escalate when needed

  • Balance customer advocacy with strong commercial discipline

  • Work closely with our implementation, support and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

  • Maintain clear account plans, forecasts, and renewal visibility

This role is suited for someone who:



  • Has 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role

  • Is comfortable managing large portfolios and significant revenue responsibility

  • Can operate autonomously in a fast-paced scale-up environment

  • Is commercially sharp and confident in renewal and expansion conversations

  • Communicates clearly and confidently at multiple stakeholder levels

  • Is native Dutch speaking and fluent in English

  • Is available as a freelancer or ad interim professional for the full period
