Requirements
Fluency in Dutch is mandatory, both written and spoken.
The Data Business Analyst is a subject\-matter expert in ServiceNow functionalities, including CMDB, CSDM, APM, and ITOM.
Demonstrable experience at the appropriate seniority level, with the ability to translate business needs into well\-defined development stories that can be effectively implemented by technical teams.
Proven track record of implementing Configuration Management, Application Portfolio Management, and IT Operations Management, with more than five (5) successful implementations.
Strong expertise in the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and demonstrable knowledge of IT4IT principles.
Extensive hands\-on experience with ServiceNow data\-centric products, including CMDB, APM, CSDM, Platform Analytics, and ITOM.
Ability to support the organization in articulating and refining requirements, consistently aligning solutions with ServiceNow best practices (Out\-of\-the\-Box / OOTB).
Active contributor to defining the ServiceNow vision and roadmap, leveraging experience from multiple customer engagements and the capabilities of ServiceNow modules.
Proactively stays ahead of ServiceNow innovations, educating stakeholders and supporting adoption and change across the organization.
