Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer

Requirements

• 12+ years of overall experience in the IT industry, with 4+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML
  


• Proven expertise in designing end-to-end AI systems, including data pipelines, model deployment, and system integration to ensure seamless operations and data flow
  


• Focus on building scalable, reliable, and high-performance AI solutions
  


• Hands-on experience in building, training, and optimizing machine learning models, including algorithm selection, hyperparameter tuning, and performance optimization
  


• Strong understanding of evaluating and validating model performance using industry-standard metrics and techniques to ensure quality and business relevance
  


• Ownership of the entire ML lifecycle, from data exploration and feature engineering to model deployment and operationalization
  


• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including data engineers, data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders to deliver and maintain AI-driven solutions
  


• Ability to design, explain, and implement ML models that integrate with business processes and systems
  


• Responsible for supporting end-users and ensuring the usability and functionality of delivered solutions
  


• Collaborate with MLOps engineers for model deployment and operationalization through batch processing or real-time APIs
  


• Ability to integrate ML models with existing systems or expose them via consumer-facing interfaces
  


• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Azure, including hands-on experience in Azure Machine Learning Studio.
