Requirements

• Cybersecurity experience with a strong focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  


• Proven experience working as a Business Process Analyst, with the ability to translate business needs into functional IAM requirements.
  


• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a deep understanding of business processes.
  


• Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ is highly desirable; however, experience with other IAM or IGA (Identity Governance and Administration) tools is also acceptable.
  


• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Identity Access Management.
  


• Experience in migration projects involving IAM/IGA platforms.
  


• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
  


• Strong understanding of security technologies, IAM best practices, and policy frameworks.
  


• Experience in conducting interviews, facilitating workshops, and creating stakeholder communication plans.
  


• Engage with business stakeholders to gather and define functional and non-functional requirements for standard IAM processes.
  


• Define requirements for onboarding business applications into SailPoint.
  


• Contribute to the migration strategy and coordinate migration efforts with stakeholders.
  


• Collaborate with IT Architects and stakeholders to identify improvement areas and contribute to the IAM roadmap.
  


• Define scope, MVPs, and contribute to solution design in collaboration with the development team.
  


• Create functional designs, user stories, and specifications aligned with the IAM vision, roadmap, and architectural principles.
  


• Review and validate solution designs created by peers.
  


• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users.
  


• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships through effective communication, documentation, and presentations.
  


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills — able to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  


• A customer-centric mindset with the ability to advocate for business needs within technical teams.
  


• Detail-oriented with a passion for documenting processes, creating user stories, and visualizing workflows.
  


• Highly motivated, self-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  


• Proficiency in English (verbal and written) is required; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
