Requirements

• Seeking a skilled OCM Lead to develop and execute a comprehensive Organizational Change Management strategy in alignment with the goals and timelines of a major SAP S/4HANA transformation initiative.
  


• Design and implement a holistic change management strategy aligned with project milestones and business objectives
  


• Apply the ADKAR model (PROSCI) to drive awareness, desire, knowledge, ability, and reinforcement throughout the organization
  


• Assess and analyze change impacts across all departments, including water, electricity, customer service, and field operations
  


• Collaborate closely with project leadership, HR, communications teams, and SAP implementation partners to ensure smooth change execution
  


• Develop and manage change management plans, covering communications, stakeholder engagement, and training programs
  


• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and act as a cultural ambassador, ensuring alignment with local language, customs, and values
  


• Track and report on adoption metrics, change readiness, and organizational engagement
  


• PROSCI-certified, with in-depth knowledge and application of the ADKAR methodology
  


• Demonstrated success as an OCM Lead on large-scale ERP transformation projects, preferably with SAP S/4HANA
  


• Familiarity with utility sector processes (water, energy, operations) is a strong advantage
  


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  


• Deep understanding of Curaçao’s culture and language (Papiamentu/Dutch), with a proven ability to build rapport with local teams
  


• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution and problem-solving
