Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience leading and managing IT services delivery in complex environments.
Provide thought leadership to identify and develop opportunities that enhance the service portfolio, deliver measurable value to customers, and foster long\-term strategic partnerships.
Lead and manage service delivery capabilities in line with agreed budgets, headcount, and service delivery objectives, ensuring operational excellence.
Ensure full compliance with contractual obligations, including strict KPI and SLA adherence, with changes governed through established governance and control frameworks.
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders, proactively managing expectations and communicating risks or issues before they impact delivery.
Proven business development experience, including direct sales, go\-to\-market (GTM), and partner\-led models.
Strong experience in CXO\-level relationship management and executive stakeholder engagement.
Demonstrated market connectivity and solution pre\-sales capabilities.
Hands\-on experience owning and delivering Salesforce programs and services.
Proven track record of Salesforce transformation wins within the region.
Demonstrated success in a Managed Services environment, including onshore and offshore delivery models.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of the regional market, including local language and cultural nuances.
Willingness and ability to travel regionally to meet clients and customers.
Proven ability to build, sustain, and grow client relationships, as well as strong internal stakeholder partnerships.
