SAP Data Migration Consultant

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in the discrete manufacturing industry, particularly in environments involving complex products and low production volumes.
  


• Strong understanding of system integration within manufacturing and enterprise IT landscapes.
  


• Proven ability to gather, validate, and challenge business requirements, translating them into clear and actionable functional IT specifications (including Functional Designs, RICEF objects, and Customization Requests).
  


• Skilled in documenting both “As-Is” and “To-Be” processes, and contributing to the development of business cases, including detailed IT cost breakdowns.
  


• Solid experience with asset and configuration management in SAP ecosystems (SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP BNAC).
  


• Familiarity with the “Keep the Core Clean” principle in SAP implementations is a strong plus.
  


• Experienced in working within SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environments.
  


• Deep functional knowledge of:

• Equipment Hierarchies
  


• Equipment BOMs
  


• Asset & Configuration Management
  


• Capable of operating in diverse roles such as Business Process Consultant, Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, IT Specialist, and Business Consultant within SAP transformation programs.
