SAP Payroll Implementation Lead for Belgium

• Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
  


• Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.

Requirements

• Collaborate closely with clients to gather detailed payroll requirements and lead them through workshops, configuration processes, and system setup.
  


• Configure and validate payroll solutions and integrations, ensuring full compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements.
  


• Provide support for data mapping, migration, Year-to-Date (YTD) data preparation, and perform accuracy checks to ensure data integrity.
  


• Manage all phases of system testing (SIT, UAT, parallel testing), coordinating with global teams to resolve configuration and integration issues.
  


• Oversee go-live readiness, ensuring a smooth and compliant transition to the live payroll environment.
  


• Monitor project progress, maintain documentation, and work closely with project managers and team members to ensure milestones are met on time.
  


• Strong knowledge of Belgian payroll and time regulations, with proven experience in payroll system configuration and integration.
  


• Practical, hands-on approach with a proactive mindset and an openness to implementing innovative solutions.
  


• Fluent in English and Dutch (French is a plus), with excellent communication skills and a client-oriented, collaborative approach.
  


• Previous experience in international payroll projects is highly desirable.
  


• Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage tasks efficiently, and engage effectively with clients, global teams, and project stakeholders.
